A: Clearlite Trophies accepts cash,
checks, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Do I need to pay for my order up front?
A:
No, we ask for payment upon completion.
Q:
Can my order be shipped to me?
A:
YES, Clearlite Trophies ships via UPS daily. IF you wish for your
order to be shipped via Fed-Ex using your own Fed-Ex account number we can
do so.
Q: How
soon can my order be ready?
A:
Our normal production time is five (5) working days.
Q:
Can I have my logo put on the items I order?
A:
Yes. There is a one time only logo set-up charge and a running charge
each time we engrave your logo on an item.
Q:
Can you use my business car to reproduce my logo?
A:
NO. The best way is to send us a black & white camera ready print out
of your logo. The print should be fairly large in the
center of the page; we will scan this into our laser engraving system.
Q:
Can I send my logo to you via email?
A:
Yes, however the only format we except is a .tif file. A black & white
print out is still the best.
Q:
Can I call you with the spelling of names to be engraved?
A:
Sorry, we cannot take spelling information over the phone. You can
email or fax the information to us.
Q: Do you
do custom trophies or mount items onto trophies that customers bring in?
A:
Yes. Please contact one of our sales representatives to discuss your
project.
